Little Wings Network
Little Wings Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families rebuild stability, dignity, and opportunity. We exist to support people at critical moments in their lives by connecting them with essential resources for housing, food, employment, education, consulting, and computer skills.
We believe that lasting change does not come from one-time help alone, but from consistent guidance, access to knowledge, and compassionate support.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing access to housing, food security, education, job opportunities, consulting, and digital skills, helping them build stable, self-sufficient, and hopeful futures.
Our work focuses on removing barriers that keep people stuck, whether those barriers are financial, educational, technological, or emotional. By offering practical assistance alongside skill-building and guidance, we help individuals move from survival to stability and from uncertainty to confidence.
We serve communities with respect, patience, and accountability, meeting people where they are and helping them take the next achievable step forward.
How We Create Progress
At Little Wings Network, progress is built through structure, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
We work through a multi-step support model:
Access
We help people locate and connect with essential resources such as housing assistance, food programs, education options, job opportunities, and donated technology.
Guidance
We provide consulting and personalized direction to help individuals understand their options, complete applications, and make informed decisions.
Skill Building
We focus on education and computer skills for beginners, helping people gain the digital literacy needed for modern work, learning, and daily life.
Stability
By addressing immediate needs while building long-term capability, we help individuals reduce stress, regain control, and establish consistent routines.
Growth and Independence
Our ultimate goal is not dependence, but independence. We track outcomes, celebrate milestones, and support people as they move toward self-sufficiency.
Progress is measured through real results — stable housing secured, jobs obtained, skills learned, education accessed, and lives improved.
